After opening up the seats for the 1959 Cadillac Eldorado, we decided to inspect and clean up the rail system that allow the seats to move back and forth. In this video, Josh will go over details on how the mechanisms function and what parts need replacing if possible, while breaking down the rail system, piece by piece. There was a lot of grease build up and rust in these parts, but after a good cleansing these mechanisms will look and function great, so there is no issue when moving the seats back and forth.
